Is it scam or could this really work? And if it could, is there a way to go back to Sailfish afterwards? Or maybe even a multi-boot between both?

Seems to be MFA/scam sites for various devices - do not trust it.
already thought so, too bad since using nova launcher isn't really that possible anymore because there's only the back button

(I haven't tried and don't know if it works anymore, and I don't know if it helps with the Nova launcher anyway, I just thought I'd mention this since I remembered there was some talk about this...)

Official development roadmap mentions a port of 4.4.4 (that would be KitKat, I think) to the tablet in alpha state. So I doubt they have another major version hidden up their sleeves. :-)
Edit: nevermind, I thought this was about the alien runtime...
