Add new account; choose CardDAV and CalDAV

Login: your google account

Server address: https://www.google.com/

Calendar path (example for finnish holidays):

/calendar/dav/fi.finnish#holiday@group.v.calendar.google.com

Check only CalDAV, and accept.

Maybe change sync to manual or something?

Accept.

For other countries, check from your google calendar for the address, or search it from google; e.g. this gist looks promising: https://gist.github.com/mattn/1438183

If it is not working, maybe need to allow less secure apps to access your acccount.

OK.

The old endpoint https://www.google.com/calendar/dav is deprecated and no longer supported; use it at your own risk.

So if you get this working, consider yourself lucky

It looks like I can't add a second Caldav account next to my ownCloud Caldav/Carddav account

Just tested to add another CalDAV with Australian holidays, and seems to work nicely.

German Holidays: /calendar/dav/de.german#holiday@group.v.calendar.google.com

Just found this. So it might work or not.

The old endpoint https://www.google.com/calendar/dav is deprecated and no longer supported; use it at your own risk. We recommend you transition to the new endpoint format described above.

aboce references to https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/caledar-id-here/events which requires OAuth2
