[bug] Mobile network scan show not all networks [released]

system > mobile network > select Network = scanning for networks - does not show all networks
I want to see and try to connect to all networks for roaming reasons. On my holiday at turkey it wasn´t possible to connect to turkcell, because it was not displayed by manual scan... Nothing was displayed so i can´t connect
Either please show more informaton on networks, not only the name..
Prefered: Name, Technology (2G /3G / 4G), Strengh
