mail home cover lost cover actions

also i have been getting a lot of weird bugs. i just cannot reproduce them reliably. some have been reported below. 1. phone loses all network connectivity. network icon shows no connection. lasts about 10 seconds then resumes. seems to happen when i am doing some heavy multitasking and launching of apps. 2. random reboots. 3. sometimes browser cover page shows a whole image of tiny sailfish icons...all sorts of icons. system icons, app icons, etc. lasts a few seconds then when the web page eventually loads, it fixes itself 4. phone not responding to any touch screen gestures except for swipe actions from outside of the screen 5. phone yi does not respond to touch when a call comes in or when i want to hang up a call. i have to use cover actions.
The missing mail cover actions have been reported, but that question doesn't show up in search, possibly because it's (mistakenly?) tagged as ”tracked by jolla / rejected”.
