issues with 1.1.4.29 update- phone hang [not relevant]

Recently updated handset to 1.1.4.29 updated. several issues-

phone heating and hang
call answer pulley menu hangs several times during day.
call contact search menu does not show; first “hide search ” is shown and after selecting hide search, “show search ” is shown.

hi tried above solution but getting msg - could not find package: voicecall. where do i get package from?
