Allow app changelogs in Jolla Store/Harbour [released]

It seems that there is no facility to show or add a change-log for app updates. So if an update is made a developer has to change the description field to feature the change-log which I think it shouldn't be like that.
A change log facility would be needed.
perhaps parsed from the rpm %changelog

it should also implement SILENT in entries, (which don't appear in the GUI)

It should be the developers decision, when ever it's worth to mention changes. That this change log (if provided) is also visible in Store app, is a reasonable request.
