Jolla doesn't find backup file from SD card [answered]
Hello! My Jolla came back from repair service and I was shocked to find that it doesn't find the backup file. If I insert the SD card (ext4) to my Ubuntu laptop via card reader, I can find the backup.tar but if I plug my phone in I don't find it. The sd card is not the same one I used to get the backup out of my phone, so after I formated it with my computer I simply copied the backup file to the card. I am using Aaslakkajärvi.
Sorry for badly formatted question, I am really busy ATM :(

As you are using another card, is it maybe 64GB extfat? You need to format it to ext2/3/4 or btrfs to be able to use a >32gb card without installing additional FS support to your Jolla.

E: I used my pro linux terminal skills to go to the /media/sdcard folder. When i typed "dir" it shows two strings of letters and numbers. What's going on here? E2: Apparently one of them is an empty folder and I can't enter the other one. It says "Permission denied" (Lupa evätty in finnish)

check the folder permissions (have a look at the ext4 section)
