[bug] SMS messages are not sent when phone restablishes connection to the network

When the phone loses signal (i.e. in an underground transportation system) while an SMS is being sent, the message is labeled as failed to send and is never sent when the phone establishes cellular connection.
Reproduced: Always. Steps leading to problem: 1. Send an SMS while there is no reception, 2. wait until there is a reception; message will report "Problem with sending message."
Expected behavior: Message is sent as soon as a signal is received.
This problem is very annoying as the phone does not report the failure and one has to check the message in order to realize it.
