Hello, I have 1.1.2.16 installed and the device says there is 1.1.6 available, but when i click the update, it takes me to settings and nothing more. Can anybody help?
Recently I installed Czech localization via pkcon, could it be the problem? Pkcon also updated all the apps.

After comments, seems like you need a workaround.
Enable developer mode, create a password to yourself and start Terminal app (visible after enabling in your laucher screen). There:
devel-su
(your password in hidden writing)
ssu re 1.1.6.27
version --dup

On settings, to which screen it takes you? Is there a pull-down menu with download option?
