[Feature-request] Turn on sound when on charger

Older Motorola phones had the feature to turn on the sound when connected to the charger. This was very handy, because I have my phone always on silence when outside my home and when I come home, I connect it to the charger. I often forget to turn on the sound and then miss calls or messages, because I am in an other room. I could imagine other people would also appreciate this feature (as an option, not as a default setting).
