Notes lost after app update [answered]

After update of my notes app (to v0.8.48 from Jolla store) all my entries are lost. The database still exists, though, at /home/nemo/.local/share/jolla-notes/QML/OfflineStorage/Databases/.

I remember that I was asked to upgrade the existing DB to fit the newly needed format, which I acknowledged.

How can I repair the existing database to suit the app's new version? I would appreciate not having to use a hex editor and rewrite all my notes.

Heureka, Rebooting Works Wonders (RWW) :)

Actually I cannot remember any hint telling me to do so, hence could be a useful info addendum to prevent unintentional damages to the DB by erroneous user actions. Nevertheless, if the upgrade task should have run, I would still call it a bug. Closing it despite that.
