[1.1.6.27 regression] pulley menu stops working on some incoming calls or in some apps [duplicate]

So all pulley actions stop working on an incoming call or in an app. Swiping left and right for app switching works and device is ok otherwise.
No idea how this happens or how to reproduce this but this happens from time to time.
Reboot is a workaround.
On irc, Stskeeps mentions that power button off/on could help but I did not manage to test this yet.
For incoming calls apparently it's possible to swipe left and answer the call from the minimized phone app icon.
This seems to be a known issue for several jolla users on #jollamobile.
It happens to me too, usually only on incoming calls (and only some times, not always). I workaround it by swiping from an edge to minimize the call app, and then use the cover action to answer the call. All works fine after this. I still have no idea what may trigger this behaviour.
