Hello, This used to work correctly with the previous versions. Already rebooted and checked the settings but no success so far. Any hint?

Hello, This used to work correctly with the previous versions. Already rebooted and checked the settings but no success so far. Any hint?
Notes: the notification that there was a call is still there and there was no change with my cell phone carrier.
