HTML5 numeric keypad issue.

When we perform tap on HTML input with type "number", Sailfish open numeric keypad. It's proper behaviour, but it contains only one decimal delimiter - comma. But implementation of number-input in SFOS browser doesn't allow to use comma in decimal values. Dot only. Because of it, any decimal value turns to NaN.

Proof: https://jsfiddle.net/Ltf02z2x/ Try it with your SFOS native browser.

Of course, it's not OS problem. It's Gecko bug, but it's very annoying.

There is solution - please, just add dot to the keypad. For example, Android numeric keypad contains both - dot and comma. Exactly for similar cases.

Thanks and sorry for my English.
