Hidden jpg files disable the camera saving pictures/videos
I've found hidden jpg files named like ._00_20151212_005_1.jpg which has been the root cause of the camera not being able to save images or videos. Removing these files makes the camera work as usual. Is there something in my setup which causes these jpgs to appear? I've got the /home/nemo/Pictures/Camera folder symlinked to the SDCard and my media synced with an ownCloud instance.

Hidden jpg files disable the Symlink from mass storage to SDCard disables camera from saving pictures/videos
I've found hidden jpg files named like ._00_20151212_005_1.jpg which has been the root cause of got a simple symlink:
ln -s /media/sdcard/5E00-B6EB/media/Pictures/Camera /home/nemo/Pictures/Camera
...which stopped working in mid July. Any reason why the camera not being able to can't save images or videos. Removing these files makes the camera work as usual. Is there something in my setup which causes these jpgs to appear? I've got the /home/nemo/Pictures/Camera folder symlinked to the SDCard and my media synced with an ownCloud instance.any longer?
