[Camera] When focus is set on "tap to focus", autofocus on shutter action should be optional

Hello everyone, In the camera application, when the focus mode is set on "tap to focus", the action of shutter (either from tactile screen or volume button) focuses automatically the picture to the selected focus zone.

I can understand why it is desirable in a casual context, but this behaviour should be optional imho. It couples the action of focusing with the action of actually taking the picture, which is very confusing when one is trying to actually compose a photo.

For example, when you want to set focus first, then adjust the frame around: the point you focused on is still focused, but not necessarily coincident the on-screen "focus-there" previously defined zone.

Could this be considered as a feature request for future versions?
