When a BT keyboard is attached, there is no reason to show the virtual keyboard by default. When BT is turned off or if the keyboard disconnects, the virtual keyboard MUST be enabled again.
In case the user wants to see the VKB as well as use the BT keyboard, then a long press on the text field can be used to show "Advanced options" or something similar.
