Top four apps should be available in the launcher as well. [duplicate]

When flicking down from the launcher, the screen should stop a little bit earlier, so that the top four apps that are visible in the home screen (by default Phone, Messaging, Browser and Camera) would be included in the launcher as well.

Yeah, atm I'm finding the launcher access hierarchy of the top row vs below the fold causing a slight hesitation/delay from recalling/looking/backtracking when launching apps — this could be one solution, or it may well go away with time...

The top icon are the most difficult to access ... I put all my often used app in the bottom of the launcher ...

I don't see why the launcher needs to snap. Free scrolling would give more control over launching applications. When there is a need to divide and organize icons, I would prefer folders and even something like QML SectionScroller over forced pages.
