UI: don't highlight list entries when flicking

Currently every flicking gesture highlights the touched list item for a moment. This causes flicker and is quite irritating. There should be a short delay before highlighting is applied.

It's particularly annoying in apps like "Friends" (the Facebook Client) with very large list items.

Very annoying, and a problem that existed with the N9 too. I also get the feeling that in some situations it doesn't even follow your finger immediately, but waits before it realises I wasn't selecting something. So I swipe and the move starts with a delay, iyswim.
