Crash after update available notification

I'm with 1.1.6.27 and after my phone received notification stating there's 'System update available, 1.1.7.28 available' my phone crashes when I try to use Tweetian, Jolla Together and Email. Browser and Web Pirate seems to work. I start e.g. Tweetian and my phone goes black, no red light, no messages, nothing. I need to restart device.

This happens when my device has been locked and I need to enter security code. Haven't tested with other apps (than those mentioned above) yet.

Also, starting Maps crashes phone, and whatsup can't connect...

And battery is kind of confused. Phone said battery needs recharging, but there's about 50% still left.

Hmmmm...

Propably the battery was very low but the indicator was stuck to 50%, and every time I started an app the phone died due to lack of power.

It seems that you are experiencing a bad battery contact (a quite well known issue). Try to clean your contacts and/or put a paper between your Jolla and the battery like described here, but first try to improve your contact like described here by Jolla.

For more information also have a look here and you should also check if you have enough metadata space by executing btrfs fi show as root.
