Hi there, My device is stuck in a bootloop and the option 5 of btrfs recovery isn't working at all. The btrfs fi shows 13.75/13.75 The btrfs check --repair shows the following error image description

EDIT FINAL :- Even the reset from Jolla recovery tool by telnetting 10.42.66.66 didn't work either. Thanks to coderus for the image and an empty device is always preferrable to a dysfunctional one.

Please check in your logs, if your btrfs balance crashes. If it does, try the solution that helped me.

Tried this once but it's kinda stuck as I tried as of now. Maybe it'd take time. One more question is how do you delete the large files? I've been awake for a long time and I hope I don't remove something important.

From your screen shot, I can see the log output only partly, but it looks different compared to my log. So probably you suffer from a different error. After being able to mount the file system again, I deleted the large files that were mainly used by some of my Android apps (e.g., OsmAnd's maps).

I get it! WHAT'S the location? I'm really beginning to feel dumb but what was the path you typed? Also the mount with skip balance is like this

I deleted the large OsmAnd files from /home/nemo/android_storage/osmand. In recovery mode, you might have to mount the right btrfs subvolume (you can list them with btrfs subvolume list [device] and mount them with mount -t btrfs -o subvol=[subvol] [device] [mount point]).
