Option to allow latest app to still become first in multitasking view (1.1.9.28/Eineheminlampi)
According to changelog, it seems that the behaviour has been intentionally changed so that since 1.1.9.28 the latest app I use is not anymore moved to the first position (upper left) in the multitasking view. What might be the reason behind this choice?
Once again, this is something I'd like to see to be user-selectable setting. If Sailfish tries to attract advanced users, there must be enough possibilities for customization and I don't quite understand why previous good implementations are just removed and replaced by something different, why not to save the original code and in addition bring the new one (new one selected by default, of course, but user has the possibility to choose between those two).
So please add a setting that allow user to choose if he/she still wants the latest app to become (pop) first in home/multitasking view.
PS. please consider this before voting down this suggestion. Only do that if you disagree with the suggestion: you don't want the setting. Having the setting doesn't mean you still could have the behaviour as it is now. (edited the title)
I agree ! +1

Alain ( 2015-09-09 21:40:48 +0200 )editThen we need a setting to switch between the old and the New behavior

kid ( 2015-09-09 22:23:55 +0200 )editWe need an option in settings to chose our preference. That's the only solution... I like the way it is now a lot and used a patch before that to get the same result.
So please change your question into a request for such an option in settings :-)
