Upgrade mozilla xulrunner base version

Jolla is currently using the version 31 of the mozilla base. The current stable one is 40.
A lot of websites have rendering issues and some of them are fixed if you hack the useragent with the CUSTOM_UA environment variable and -developerMode option. But it would be nice to have a newer rendering engine I think.
