[feature request] app grid first halt at 1/2 screen

Hi folks,

swipe up on home screen takes up the app grid strait to the top of the screen. I have my most important apps on top of this grid, so they land out of my "thumb comfort zone" Sure, I could rearrange my apps, but if the grid would snap in after three or four rows of visible icons (and only after the second swipe up to the top) the top apps would be reachable easily.

A single tap near the bottom of the home screen, brings up the first row of app icons - phone/messages/internet/camera. As you know, you can rearrange your app icons; put your favourites on the first row and then it's just a simple tap near the bottom of the home screen to show your most used/favourite apps.

but this only works, if no app is running.

Yes, this is good function, but it has only a problem. This is only works when there aren't any opened app on the home screen. When I have one or more opened app, that function isn't work, I think this is not too good.

I would like to this function operate regardless of the running applications! Thanks!

hmmm... with running apps you have to tap between the covers on home screen. Good luck :) My suggestion would work inside an app, too.

So, this means I would have to swipe three times to get to my second page of Apps i use fairly regularly. No thanks. :)
