Launcher: Press anywhere for menu [released]
Now you have to press on one icon to get an active grid, where you can move/delete apps. It would be logical also to get that by pressing on an empty area in the launcher.

I think that would be more consistent, because in Home screen you can press also on an empty area to move/close app covers.
