Open terminal, gain root (devel su < password >), type in; systemctl restart tohd.service. Now check the 'About page' again.

I have done that on Terminal, reboot the phone and checked the "about products",there's still no TOH information.I have done the test about "##310##",the NFC test is failed.

oh, that's sad :-( Open the terminal, login as root and run "journalctl -f" and check if you see something about "TOH" when you attach/detach it.
