Flickr integration

When I moved from iOS to WP7 (Lumia 800) I had to abandon iCloud Photostream for syncing photos between my mac and my phone and I started using Flickr instead. This worked out fine and I thought it would on Sailfish as well (through the Android appI) but it didn't. When I try to download a photo from my photo stream to the phone nothing happens. I think that it would be good to able to add a Flickr-account along with all other accounts (Facebook, Twitter etc) and integrate it in the gallery so (at least) the user's photo stream is available there.

Not really, although that could be a nice feature as well. What I want is to be able to view my Flickr photos in the gallery app.

I think there are many open source implementations of the Flickr API but I honestly don't see what this has to do with Jolla or Sailfish. If Jolla chooses to implement support for Flickr accounts, I think it's up to them so put it either in Sailfish as open source or as a closed source "plugin".

I would also like to browse my (or others) flickr photos in gallery, to be able to use them as backgrounds for ambience. If not gallery integration, then I would like to have a separate app for easy browsing and downloading of flickr photos.
