Would it be possible to have dropbox integrated in accounts? The idea is to integrate it into accounts so one can share a picture directly from the gallery app or the camera app. This is a feature existing in N9.
This question is not about a dropbox app, but a full integration into phone's accounts.

I think it's difficult for one reason. Another question related to skype-integration was anwered by a jolla employee that it is difficult for a little company like Jolla to implement skype because they have to buy licenses which are very expensiv. Maybe it's the same case with dropbox, if not they would have implement it, i think!
I think there is also another side to it. When you go for lets say Dropbox, you should in fact also go for Box, and many other file sync parties. You'd like to have a nice implementation of a standard, but there is none. Implementing many standards created by businesses to solely serve their own good makes implementing something like Dropbox more difficult.
Its the same with chat applications, if they'd use XMPP its easy. They use a standard. If they think up of something themselves, it is a whole different.

I wouldn't want to have one cloud service preferred by the OS itself.
Just maken the account api open source so the community can make plugins. I would like to have an Mega plugin as an example. Let the community help to make it work!!
