Colour-coded dismiss and snooze options

It would be good if the Dismiss and Snooze options that appear when an alarm is sounding could be two distinct colours - (doesn't matter which colours) - in a similar way to the green and red colour-coding for Answer and Reject for an incoming call.

(I remove my contact lenses at night, and so I'm never quite sure whether I'm dismissing or snoozing my alarm in the morning.)

While bright colours might help the almost blind (me too), how about two different gestures to dismiss and snooze, like inside pull to snooze only, and any action of closing or minimizing dismisses?

I second that suggestion. Closing the alarm with a top edge swipe should dismiss it, swiping it away with a left or right edge swipe to snooze. Intuitive, one does not even have to see the screen at all.

The only disadvantage I can see is, not sure how that would work if you do not have the close gesture enabled in Settings.

(Actually, it might end up messy if you have the patch activated to enable any rotatuon ;) So may need some extra thought.)

I think it is too complex to have different directions in such a case, just have all 'swipes' dismiss & have all 'pulls' snooze <= extra thought, so orientation does not matter, ever. For the close gesture, this would need a hard override.

Yeah... I think you are right.
