Pictures made with flash ON and wit AF-C are in blue tone. When focus is changed to infinity, pictures colors are very good (sometimes sharpnes is bad). The best photos are without flash :-) Is it possible to change/remove this color tone ?

Agree and I hope more people will see your posted issue. Using camera with flash is often terrible. So many pictures turn out blue...looks like as if they're taken in an ice cave. A big issue at the moment and makes camera often unusable indoors.

As mentioned in https://together.jolla.com/question/4985/feedback-on-camera-tuning/ the bluish-thing is still an outstanding bug.

The color temperature of Jolla's screen is very high / cold (9500K), which colors the photos towards blue tones. Watching the same images in other screens reveals the real white balance. In photography, using flash also highlights the cold tones, so we have even more of them on Jolla's screen. Whenever possible, I try to take pictures without the flash to gain more warmth and natural light - but it requires slower shutter speed, not ideal for moving targets (and better to put hold the phone against something steady).
