Touch/On Screen Media Volume Control [duplicate]

Since I can't find this post anyway, so I will be posting as a request or a question post.
During Jolla just release the preview for Sailfish 2.0 for Jolla phone, I watch the the early preview and notice there is a gesture method that we could adjust our media(ringtone?) volume by pulling up/down the screen with 3 finger, but how come this function did not come to fruition for the Jolla Phone? Since I had update to Saimaa, there is still no option for this function.
So would the future update would be including this function? Or the idea had been scrap?
Hopefully will heard from some of you soon. As always, stay Awesome Jolla Team ;)
there is a patch for it cause its not enabled on phone
