Option to pin "Settings shortcuts" in Events

In iOS & Android, one has access to the Settings shortcuts equivalents with one swipe, instead of two. Please add an option to dedicate the top part of the Events view to those and/or the "Quick actions".

PS: I know that there are patches to achieve this, but the above OSes have better defaults. That's what I'm asking for / suggesting here.

Even better, add a pulley on the homescreen and move the Settings shortcuts there.

I'm fan of having the pulley on home, but as a workaround you can use this patch to add quick settings to top menu, one swipe away from everywhere.
