Generic WebDAV uploads

Hi!

Now that there's some support for pushing files cloudwards natively, how about generic WebDAV? This should be enough for the users of SeaFile and ownCloud and such to use it natively.

Not sure how the native Dropbox or OneDrive implementations do this, but it would be _really_ nice if the upload made the extra request for setting metadata properties, like last modified, correct to make syncing with desktops and other systems easy and I light. I mean looking at timestamps instead of calculating hashes.

Another nice wishlist item would be automatic uploading of photos and videos.
