documents app can't open pps file

i have received a powerpoint presentation today. not a ppt but a pps. documents app would not start it. this is a request to add pps to desktop file.

Tell the person who sent you the file to save it under and opendocument format like odp :-D

I tested 9 file types with the Documents app, only 8 were recognised; .PPS was NOT recognised by Documents app, where as; .ODT, .XSLX, .XLS, .ODP, .PPTX, .PPT, .PDF and .DOCX all show in Documents app and all open correctly ~ at least on my device this is the case (Jolla1 - Aurajoki).

Here's a online converter. You could probably find a useful format there. I don't have any pps files so I can't try it myself.

a pps is basically a ppt. so there is now real need for conversion. jist to add.it to mime
