Keep weather forecasts when offline [duplicate]

It would be nice if all weather forecasts could stay in weather app and widget, even when the phone is offline. Just keep the last updated values.

Actually this is the most important feature of a weather app, show you the weather when your abroad, in a plane or on a trip through the middle of nowwhere. example: skiing in switzerland, while the weather is very important you will have no network (okay, if you are from swiss)
