i would like to start developing for XIAOMI redmi 2s(HM2014811). But in HADK prerequisite i noticed the arm v7 specifically. My question is simple, is Sailfish OS compatible for Arm v8?.

Currently aarch64 (armv8) builds are not supported.

Work is being done to be able to run sailfish os on 64bit phones, as a lot of newer phones these days are 64bit.
