Will flashable images be available for the Jolla C ?
As the device seems to be targetted on developers & helping with testing of Sailfish OS beta software then being able to recover the system to a clean state from an image would be really useful.

My Jolla C does no longer turn on and I have no way to connect it to a PC and inspect the contents of the NAND. At least flashing tools could give me some hope, but as it is, I will have to send it in and hope for Jolla to be generous with help.
We need some other place than TJC to direct these questions to - that actually guarantees an official answer, no matter how long it takes. These issues in my POV have mostly been ignored or simply overlooked as TJC became more crowded with noise.

I guess it won´t. Related to the same copyright issues as the normal Jolla images. And it won´t work as good without the qualcomm driver modules.

It could very well be that the situation is different in this case - also AFAIK there are manufacturers who use Qualcomm chips and provide flashable images.
