Today I've had my first 45min-call with my new Jolla and the device gets very hot at the upper side (around the usb-plug). If this can't be fixed with the software it might be a good idea to use TOH as a cooling device? Now it's winter and some warm ears are very welcome but in summer... ;)

I have noticed the same, but isn't this a problem common to most mobiles? My N9 gets hot as well during longs calls. It is one reason why some people prefer to use those earplug things.

I guess it's common for about every RF device transmitting long periods :)

My fiancée lives in another city so we talk a lot. We need good headsets as well as good phones. Our current phones get warm but not dangerously hot. My jolla is being shipped and as soon as it arrives it will be put to the test. Being my phone is hard but I hope for some good results.
