[HowTo] Virtualbox i/o error

Just sharing a soltuion:
Last weeks I couldn't use the mersdk and emulator on my ((arch-)linux-)laptop and -desktop, because the VMs had 100% cpu usage after boot and displaying errors (sth like "ata i/o error") and therefore i couldn't ssh into them or use them otherwhise.
Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help.
It turned out that turning on the option "Use Host I/O Cache" in "Mass Storage" in VirtualBox (both for mersdk and emulator) solved the problems.
