Anyone interested in helping out with developing the HADK-script to be universal?
http://sailfishos.org/hadk_doc/SailfishOS-HardwareAdaptationDevelopmentKit-1.1.2.pdf is a nice thing to use if you're a experienced Linux user, but then again if you're NOT that experienced and have no clue what all the instructions do and why they are needed I took the liberty of taking this HADK and made it into an automated script that will do all the work for whoever that wants to run it. This will be an alternative way, but more adapted to each device.
I have added the most common known devices with one script for each one, but the only thing missing is to make it universal.
Universal means that it will run in all the Linux distributions no matter which one you use. That means that certain install commands and making sudo work without having to open a text editor would work.
Who has the time and will to help out making this better?
My goal for the future is to make this into a program that you can just click a button on and it will both root and flash and reboot and much more.
Anyway, here's the gitlab repo that I'm using: https://gitlab.com/Umeaboy/hadk-script
Please make commits to the development branch until we know that it builds a working zip.
