It is an alternative to the recovery mode for doing installations and updates.

and jolla handset have fastboot (volume down + put USB in). due to mmcblkop28 in my jolla handset is failed : Mounting /dev/mmcblk0p28 on /mnt mount: mounting /dev/mmcblk0p28 on /mnt failed: Invalid argument [ERROR] Can't mount '/dev/mmcblk0p28' to '/mnt' and dont remember device code .via project in site: https://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Sailfish/Backup_Device I want recover the mmcblk0p28 in my jolla handset with fastboot . help me Screenshot from 2016-08-19 22-06-16.png

Well, some partitions of the system can be flashed, for example kernel flashing is possible.

However some of the partitions contain images that have not been published due to licencing issues enforced by Qualcomm. Hence it is not possible to recover bricked system via fastboot flashing.

in fastboot due to site: https://wiki.merproject.org/wiki/Sailfish/Backup_Device error fllowing:

hi @abbaspower - if someone knew how to help you fix your phone, they would have done by now.

There are some very experienced coders that frequent TJC with extensive knowledge of Linux/SailfishOS. One particular user; 'coderus', has already expressed to you in your previous post, you must send the device back to Jolla Service - I have to agree with him and the lack of answers here to your current question, tells me that a fix is not available for end users - the device needs to go back to care.
