I am not able to use internet in some android apps using data connection in intex aqua fish ?

Apps like airtel money, my airtel require internet connection. When I use internet through data connection, app shows no internet connection, but the internet works in some other apps at the same time. But when I use the airtel app using a wifi it starts working. This means apps that require internet only works with wifi not with the data connection. Apps are not able to access internet through data connection. This also happens in asphalt 8.
