Jolla app configuration in Settings-app - App-menu (at bottom) [duplicate]

In the Jolla app-config overview from the Settings app (very at the bottom) one can only change settings for a few apps, the overwhelming part has no settings at all to configure there!
So my request is this: hide all apps without any possibility of configuration in this "Apps" menu from "Settings" app. Secondly please change the position of the apps-menu and the account-menu from bottom to the top. Additional you could add a pulldown here to open both submenus!
