Please allow symlinks access of sd card files for android apps without mounting SD card in nemo.

@bomo basically a programmatic way to use the symlink command to tie any two folders together on the system across Android Storage and Nemo and internal and external SD card without the need to separately mount the SD card for Android and mount it for Sailfish.
