change between regular and number keyboard

Hello,

So I've encountered this problem irregularly for some time now. Sometimes when I need to type in a password I get a number keyboard instead of a regular one. It sometimes happens in the browser ans sometimes in an app. The latest discovery of this problem was in Facebook messenger when I wanted to confirm my phone number. I would suggest that one would be able to switch between the two. An extra button for regular keyboard in the number keyboard would be nice.

If someone knows how to work around this please let me know :)

I think Silicia/Mallit should just handle it better. If it is a field declared as alphanumeric - full qwerty, if it is a numeric just the numeric keypad. Sometimes it does, often not.

I agree that this can be seen as a bug, but I would find it handy to switch from qwerty to numeric in some cases. for example to have it as an extra 'language' option would be great
