How do I stop message notifications when locked?

I deally, I would like to mute some 'conversations' from showing the whole message as notifications when the phone is locked. This is important for things like OTP messages like those from banks, google, etc.

But for now, I can settle with disabling the display of notifications all together. How do I do that?

Well, this isn't probably a complex answer for your problem.

  1. Settings
  2. Device Lock
  3. Show notification banners when device is locked

Oh, yes.. this works; I did disable this, but because I had the lock in 5 min option, I kept seeing notifications of messages, because I typically would have had the phone unlocked just a moment before. But it still would be nice to have a feature to selectively mute some conversations.

You can use double press on lock button to lock phone immediately.
