Bluetooth support in Android applications [duplicate]

So do we have it at all? I tried using OBD Auto Doctor to my OBDII devide, but the Android application crashes when enabling Bluetooth from application menu.

Seems no ODB car diagnostic tool works. Torque, the most prominent of these tools can't detect bluetooth at all.
