Go to the Settings -> USB -> there you can change USB connection type.

By default it's "Always ask". It means phone always ask you about connection type when you plug the cable in.

What Operating System do you use?

If you use Linux or macOS show me output of dmesg after connecting phone to you computer in MTP USB connection type.

my phone operating system - intex aquafish saifish os jolla phone.. & My pc oprating system windows 7 32 bits..

I'm not really familiar with Windows but can you see the new device in Device Manager after connecting phone to your PC?
