Hi all, I've recently acquired a Jolla 1 and noticed that there weren't any cases available to buy for it. So I began my efforts to create one. I used a 3D model I found online and tried to modify it to look like the Turing phone DW Glaedr. This was the first time I've ever 3D modeled something and I'm having trouble finishing the design and even using the software. If anyone is good at 3D modelling and would like to help bring this case to reality, your help would be appreciated!

I'm currently having problems making the texture in the golden section of the middle of the phone and along the red stripe. Also my 3D building program is having trouble merging the objects. Idk if that will effect it when it gets printed. It might printout in separate pieces.

Here is the 3D Model jolla cover 3d model.zip

Cool Idea! Could you make them for the Aqua fish too?

If I can figure out how to finish the initial design, I will try to make a version for Aqua Fish too

i have this case for my jolla 1 but in blue :

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:198224 and i used Sculpteo for the 3D Impress

You can see also : http://www.jollausers.com/2013/12/minifactory-creates-3d-case-for-jolla/

This case is quite perfect for my Jolla 1

But i do not find the same thing for Intex Aquafisfh :-(

I also prointed this at shapeways and have 0.5mm space to the top wich is quite unfortuate. also the materila thickness could be made thicker on the top corners. Else it is nicely designed. I Have printed in hard plasitc. I advise to take a softer one if possible.

I used that case as the initial design model for my design. Only because I don't know how to create things by specific measurements yet. Also what do you mean there is a .5mm space on the case? Is the case too big?
