Strange volume behaviour [duplicate]

Now that it is chainsaw season again I remember to were annoyed already last summer of the strange behaviour of the jolla red phone of zeroing audio volume apparently randomly or by mic input. Can Jolla fix it or should I ask law enforcement for help on this issue?
